It is a restaurant style soft & juicy smokey flavoured Tandoori Chicken recipe made on gas stove on tawa & grill pan. Check how easy to make it at home with simple ingredients & step by step pictures.
Clean & Wash the chicken. Make 4-5 slits. Marinade with lemon juice, chilli powder, salt & vegetable oil. Mix well. Rest it for 30 mins.
Then marinate with ginger- garlic paste, red chilli-Kashmiri chilli-turmeric-pepper-cumin-coriander powder, salt- black salt, tandoori masala, chaat masala, hung curd & mustard oil.
Chicken get the smokey flavour from burning charcoal with ghee. Bring the same flavour remain in restaurant tandoori chicken recipe.
Heat a pan or tawa on gas stove. Roast the chicken in butter, 10 mins for each side by covering the pan. Remove the Chicken from pan.
Heat a grill pan, Grease it with butter. Grill the chicken from both sides, with brushing butter.
