Clean & wash chicken, peel out & cut the carrot, papaya(raw), potatoes. Cut the beans into halves.
Heat a pressure cooker with butter & oil, add whole spices for tempering, Add onion cubes, sauté until petals are separated.
Add crushed ginger-garlic in cooker, little sauté, add chicken pieces, mix it with spices, cook it for a min.
Add long cut carrots, papaya, beans & cube cut potatoes to the cooker one by one and stir them well. Cook it for a min.
Add salt & crushed pepper, stir well, add water, raise the flame on high to make a quick boil in stew, Pressure cook it for medium to high heat with one whistle.
Remove the cooker's lid when it automatically release the pressure, check the veggies are perfectly cooked or not.
Add salt & pepper according the taste, boil it for 1-2 mins, lastly add small butter cubes, melt it down, turn off the heat. Chicken stew is ready.
Best to serve this chicken stew with bread toast or bun, even goes well with rice, noodles or dumplings in a cold winter night.
