Mango Lassi recipe

A very delicious & creamy mango lassi recipe with street style lassi shop's taste prepared just in 10 mins, easy to make at home with simple step by step detail with pictures.

500 ml Curd/Unflavoured Yogurt 2 cups Mango cubes 7-8 tbsp Sugar 15-16 Ice cubes 1/2 tsp Rose water 4 tbsp Malai(milk cream) 1+1/2 tsp Grated Khoya Chopped Pistachio & Almond A pinch of Saffron

First, take the mangoes, peel them out and cut them into pieces, keep them in the freezer for 10 mins.

Making mango lassi

Take a blender or mixer jar, and pour the chilled mango cubes in it. Blend it well and make a thick mango pulp.

Making Mango pulp

Add 2 cups( 500 ml ) of chilled curd or unflavoured yogurt in the same blender with the mango pulp.

Blend curd with mango pulp

Then add sugar and 2 drops rose essence in it. Even you may use 1/2 tsp rose water instead of rose essence (though optional).

Adding sugar & rose essence

Blend it for a few mins, until sugar completely melts down. Then add ice cubes and blend it well for 30-40 secs to make it more chilled.
