Make Street Style Chilli mushroom recipe at ease

Step 1

First thoroughly Wash the mushrooms 4-5 times, drain the water well. Cut the mushrooms into half and keep aside.

How to make street style Chilli mushroom at ease?

Make a smooth batter with flour, cornflour, powdered black pepper, red chilli powder, salt and water.

Step 2

Heat a pan on medium to high heat with vegetable oil(sufficient for deep frying).

Step 3

Coat the mushrooms one by one into the batter and leave it in hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Step 4

Fry the mushrooms until all sides get golden brown and crispy. Take out from the pan.

Step 5

After frying all the mushrooms, keep stove heat on high, add chopped garlic, and chopped ginger in oil, little saute.

Step 6

Add onion, saute for 1 min, then add capsicum, chopped green chillies.

Step 7

Just after 2 -3 stirring add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce followed by black pepper, chilli powder and salt. Stir or toss until combined well.

Step 9

Add cornflour water(cornflour mixed with water, Stir well. Once the gravy start boiling and getting thick then immediately add the fried mushrooms into the gravy.

Stir ot toss until the mushrooms nicely coated with the gravy and Chilli Mushroom is ready, Turn off the heat and serve it hot to get the best crunch
