Prepare the chicken in a pressure cooker with half-crushed ginger-garlic, salt, & oil. Little saute, add water, bring it to boil, let the cooker blows 3 whistles on high heat.
Take out the boiled chicken from the cooker, take it in a mixing bowl, shred it with the help of forks or chopped it by knife. Or shred it by hand once cools down.
For making chicken cheese sandwich, put the cheese slice just over the filling & then put another bread slice on its top.
Heat the pan/tawa, put the chicken sandwich on it, press it down with a spatula, until get golden & crunchy from both sides.
If toasting the sandwich in a grill pan, press it against the pan until get golden, have a crunch & get the grilled effect from both sides.
With a sharp bread cutter knife, diagonally cut the sandwiches. Best to serve this chicken sandwich for early morning breakfast with tomato ketchup.
