Roast the chicken pieces in oil with garlic, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes & oregano. Seasoned with salt. Cook it until the chicken gets soft.
Soak dry yeast in lukewarm water with sugar & keep it in warm place of your kitchen for 20-25 mins to get it nicely fermented.
Simply make a soft dough (like Poori dough) with all purpose flour, salt, chopped garlic, little oil.& fermented yeast. Grease with oil, cover it & leave it for 2+1/2 hrs.
Dough gets fermented & puffed up, punch it down to remove the air. Sprinkle flour on rolling board/ kitchen table, Little knead the dough & roll into a pizza base.
Grease a baking tray with oil & dust with flour, place the pizza base on the tray, spread the base upto the edges of the tray by pressing it down with hand. Check above pic.
For perfect cooking, keep the same thickness all over the base, make tiny holes on the base to prevent the pizza from puffing up at the time of baking . Base is ready to assemble with toppings.
Spread over the base, then fully cover with mozzarella cheese, then assemble with cooked chicken, red, yellow, and green bell pepper and onion.
Sprinkle grated garlic, salt, oregano, & chili flakes over the pizza toppings. Complete the assembling by sprinkling oil all over the base. Ready to go in the oven.
Place the pizza in the pre heated oven for 18-19 mins.After 19 mins of baking, super cheesy chicken pizza will be ready to eat.
