Mutton kasha a dry lamb or goat meat curry prepared by roasting in oil with lots of bengali spices. Served with bengali white pulao(fried rice), basanti pulao or white rice.

Roast the mutton in mustard oil with aloo, onion, ginger-garlic- tomato-curd-green-red chillies, cumin-coriander-turmeric-red chilli-garam masala powder & salt.
